Melody Lovvorn
Executive Director, Togetherness Project
For most of my career, I've been deeply involved in relationship coaching, specifically focusing on couples in crisis and broken families. The patterns I observed, the cracks that formed in these relationships, and the often heartbreaking outcomes, were powerful drivers, prompting me to explore proactive solutions.
Recognizing this, I decided to channel my years of experience into creating preventative tools for young adults, particularly those in the pivotal college years. By helping individuals understand their personality types and how they relate to others, we can foster healthier relationships from the outset.
This focus on college-aged individuals and young adults stems from both personal and professional experience. Having mentored college students and being a parent to recent college graduates, I've seen the unique challenges this group faces in building and maintaining relationships. There's a palpable need for tools that can guide these young adults in their journey of self-discovery and relationship-building as well as enhance their emotional and mental resilience.
We are part of a collaborative interdisciplinary mission, and are dedicated to creating innovative tools that will amplify connections and improve relational health for the next generation. Join us in our mission to empower students for a brighter tomorrow. Together, we can create a world where young minds thrive emotionally, physically, and relationally. Your generous contributions will enable us to expand our reach, develop innovative programs, and provide much-needed resources to those in need.
Let's shape a better future for the next generation,
Melody
